do we need moderators?

seeing all the moderator is me seems so wierd and my english no good i might suggest a sub-moderator for the clan catagory as i not good with thoes topics....

First i make this clear designing of the forums is work for the admin
what moderators can only do are:
1)lock a topic to prevent futher posting
2)delete a inapporate topic(but cannot delete forum)
3)can move a topic from 1 forum to another( tt is what most important)
4)sticky a topic tt the moderator think tt everyone should read it
5)a moderator can post announcements which will appear on the top of all topics

a moderator will not and does not haf power to :
1) access the admin panel (desiging)
2) ban a account or a ip address
3) delete a forum catagory
4) manage the member account system

so typically the moderator job is very simple but need lots of ppl to do it
and does not include complicated things as to design the whole forum ><
so ultimately 1 single person cannot run moderate a whole forums with 4 catagorys, 17 forums, 115 topics.... in the later days more topics and forums will appear so a moderator is needed
